We are building a church in
Waxhaw, NC which is an
Evangelical and
Reformed witness in Union County. The Rehobeth Church is a member of the First Presbytery of the
Associate Reformed Presbyterian denomination. We are building a church, a community of faith, which honors God through Jesus Christ. As a Bible-believing church we believe the Scriptures to be God’s written Word, to be sufficient and without error in all they teach. We hold to the
Westminster Confession of Faith and Catechisms, and believe they are good and faithful summaries of what the Bible teaches. We believe that the church serves Jesus Christ, her Lord, in three ways:
1. Worshipping God
2. Calling sinners to faith and repentance, and
3. Strengthening believers in their walk with Christ.
We endeavor to be a community which is as receptive to people as is Jesus himself. Therefore, we welcome those who desire to worship and follow Christ, as well as those who wish merely to learn more about who God is and what he requires of us.
